Trim Levels of the 2019 Range Rover Velar

When it comes to luxury SUVs, no one does it better than Land Rover. Perhaps the best example is the 2019 Land Rover Range Rover Velar, which features powerful V6 engines, high-quality materials, and distinctive styling both inside and out. You’ll even get a standard air suspension with every V6 engine, along with available Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. One of the most exciting aspects about this SUV is the trim lineup. There are four different models you can choose from, and each of them offers their own list of standard features. The first trim we are learning more about is Velar. This option comes with driver assistance systems like driver-adjustable drive settings, a rearview camera, hill start assist, front and rear parking sensors, automatic emergency braking, and lane departure warning. Other standard features include LED headlights, keyless ignition and entry, automatic wipers, a panoramic sunroof, 18-inch wheels, adaptive suspension dampers, an 8-speaker sound system, 2 USB ports, two 10-inch infotainment touchscreens, power-adjustable front seats, simulated leather upholstery, a 40/20/40-split rear seat, and dual-zone climate control.

Next up in the lineup is a trim called S. This trim includes traffic sign recognition, 190-inch wheels, InControl smartphone app integration, a power tailgate with a hands-free opening, an 11-speaker Meridian sound system navigation, auto-dimming side mirrors, power-reclining rear seats, and leather upholstery.

When you start to inch towards the top of the Range Rover Velar’s lineup, you’ll meet the R-Dynamic SE. This trim gets you a surround-view parking camera, aggressive-looking bodywork, a driver attention monitor, special exterior trim, rear cross-traffic alert, perforated leather, blind-spot monitoring, microfiber-suede seat material and trim finishes, a 17-speaker Meridian sound system, and a full-digital gauge cluster.

The final trim we’re checking out is the R-Dynamic HSE. This option includes blind-spot assist, 21-inch wheels, high-speed emergency braking, extender leather trimming, and adaptive cruise control. You will also get upgraded front seats that not only massage, but also offer ventilation and heating functions, which is perfect to match up with the weather.

As an aside, every trim can include the smartphone package, which includes Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. You’ll also be able to add a towing package, the On/Road package, and for families, you might consider adding a rear-seat entertainment system.
